Kenya Discloses KSh 413.81 Billion in Potential PPP Termination Liabilities

On 28 October, Kenya’s National Treasury was reported to have identified KSh 413.81 billion in potential termination or break-fee exposure across 13 public-private partnership projects. The figure relates to possible compensation if projects are terminated prematurely; it is not a scheduled payment or a confirmed new investment.
